3b. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing the consent checkbox(es) on any of our online forms. Consent checkboxes are always optional and are never pre-checked. Submitting a form without checking the consent box will not result in SMS communications being sent to you.

 

3c. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 972-525-9209. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Hometown Roofing of Texas Inc.. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

All estimates provided by us are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary from estimates if additional issues are discovered during work, material costs change, or the scope of the project is modified at your request.

Estimates are not binding contracts. A separate service agreement or work order will be provided prior to commencing any paid work. You will have the opportunity to review and approve all pricing before work begins.

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. By accepting our services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with work performed. We reserve the right to pause or cease work on unpaid accounts.

Any disputes regarding invoices must be communicated to us in writing within 10 business days of receipt. Failure to dispute an invoice within that window constitutes acceptance of the charges.
